Head chef Matt Turner lives and breathes the culinary arts. With 15 years experience in kitchens from Sydney and all along the East Coast, he's worked alongside some of Australia's most talented teams, including time at Bird Cow Fish, District Dining and Selah.
For Matt, Enigma is the realisation of a dream; a chance for his creativity to run wild, creating menus
that change with the seasons and bring the best local produce to the plates of fellow foodies who are hungry for new and exciting flavours.
